HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall men's basketball looks to bounce back after a loss at Maryland Friday (Nov. 23) as it returns home for a matchup at the Cam Henderson Center Wednesday (Nov. 28) against William & Mary.

HAVE YOU HERD
Senior guard Jon Elmore is 14 points away from becoming the third player in program history to reach 2,000 for a career.
 
Senior guard C.J. Burks collected his 60th game of 10 or more points in a Herd uniform and is the lone player on the team to reach double-figure scoring in all five games this season.
 
Sophomore forward Jannson Williams recorded a career-high 24 points on a 9 of 11 shooting night in the loss at Maryland.
 
SCOUTING THE TRIBE
William & Mary is 2-4 this season with victories over High Point and Saint Joseph's.
The Tribe have lost three of its four games by nine or fewer points, with the lone double-digit loss coming at Duquesne, 84-70. William & Mary has made 49 percent of its shots from the field this season, including 36.3 percent from beyond the arc, and have four players averaging 10 or more points per contest. The Tribe have an even rebound margin and are a 71 percent free-throw shooting team. William & Mary were tabbed fourth in the Colonial Athletic Association Preseason Poll.

WHO TO KNOW
Justin Pierce is the team's leading scorer and rebounder with 21.8 points and 11.5 rebounds per game. Pierce is shooting 52.5 percent from the field and has made nine of his 11 three-point attempts. He returned from a two-game absence due to injury Saturday against Saint Joseph's, scoring 20 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
 
Nathan Knight is leads the team in shooting percentage (60.2), points (116) and blocks (5), while averaging 19.3 points per game. He is one of two players to start and appear in all six games this season.

SERIES HISTORY
Marshall is 0-2 all-time against the Tribe falling in last year's meeting 114-104 in Williamsburg, Va.
