  • Induction:
    2011
  • Class:
    2000
When Taly Goode completed his Marshall soccer career, he was far and away the Marshall record holder in most goalkeeping statistics and he still ranks high on the school charts in single-season and career saves and shutouts. His 7.5 shutouts as a senior in 2000 helped the Thundering Herd to a school-record 14 wins and to the regular-season Mid-American Conference championship, and led to All-MAC honors for Goode. After completing his Marshall career, Goode played professionally, including three seasons for the Kansas City Wizards in MLS. Goode then moved on to a career as a collegiate coach. He was inducted into the Marshall Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.
