Ticket Office Announces Contest Winners

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall University ticket office has announced the winners of the 2009 football renewal contests.
Dr. Paul Gray of Ashland, Ky. won the all-inclusive trip for two with the Thundering Herd football team to El Paso, Texas for the Herd's game against UTEP on November 28. Gray was eligible for the prize by renewing his tickets before the April 25 Green and White game.
J.P. Gibbons of Fredericksburg, Va. was the winner of four complimentary tickets to Marshall's game against in-state rival West Virginia which will take place on October 17 in Morgantown. Eligibility for this prize was gained by anyone who renewed their 2009 season tickets online at www.HerdZone.com.
The athletic department would like to thank Dr. Gray and Mr. Gibbons for their continued support of Marshall University Athletics along with all of the other thousands of fans who renewed their tickets for the 2009 season.
Season tickets are still available for the 2009 football season by logging on to www.HerdZone.com or calling the ticket office at 1-800-THE-HERD.
