HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Vinny Curry of the Marshall University football team is the MU student-athlete of the week for his standout performance against WVU.
Curry recorded 11 tackles on the night, three of which were tackles for a loss, along with two sacks. He was recognized as the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Week.
The junior has three sacks on the season and is just ½ sack shy of his season total in 2009.
