Updates pertaining to football season tickets, payment plan changes, spring sport refunds and continued operations.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Below are important updates from the Marshall Ticket Office. Please note - all information is current up to the time this release was published. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
Football Season Ticket Renewal Deadline Extended
Due to the recent developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the football season ticket renewal deadline has been extended to May 1. Football season ticket holders last season will have until May 1 to renew their season tickets for the 2020 season. Hard copy renewals will be sent out in the coming days.
Football Ticket Payment Plan Changes
All football season ticket holders who have renewed their season tickets already that signed up for the monthly payment plan will be contacted via email the week of March 23 to ensure that their next installment (April 1) of their season ticket order is acceptable for processing. Season ticket holders will have the option of postponing their April 1 installment and to have their payment plan delayed until the May 1 installment.
Ticket Refunds
All patrons who purchased baseball tickets this season, including the WVU game in Charleston, as well as C-USA Basketball Tournament tickets received a refund in the last 48 hours.
Ticket Office Operations
The Marshall Ticket Office is closed for walk-up sales & questions. Please email herdtickets@marshall.edu or call 800-THE-HERD during normal office hours (M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to speak to a ticket office representative.
