Marshall Athletics announces ‘We Are Thankful’ games

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall Athletics announces the new initiative 'We Are ... Thankful For Heroes' – an initiative where we honor and celebrate our military, first responders and local heroes.
Currently, Marshall Athletics has scheduled 'We Are… Thankful' games for the four fall ticketed sports. You can find information regarding each game below. We would love for our local heroes to RSVP to the upcoming games to have an estimate of those planning to attend.
Men's Soccer: Thursday, Aug. 24 at 7:15 p.m. vs. Oakland
Volleyball: Thursday, Aug. 31 at 6 p.m. vs Morehead State
Women's Soccer: Thursday, Sept. 7 at 6 p.m. vs Miami (Ohio)
Football: Saturday, Nov. 25 Time: TBD vs Arkansas State
You can purchase your 'We Are Thankful' gear at the Marshall Bookstore or at this link. A percentage of all sales will be donated to a foundation of Marshall Athletics' choice to support local heroes.
