Sun Belt Conference Announces 2026-27 Men’s Basketball Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall's Men's Basketball team's 2026-27 Sun Belt Conference schedule has been announced Thursday, as revealed by the league.
The entire non-conference schedule for Marshall Men's Hoops will be released in the coming days. Season tickets will be available as well on a later date. Fans interested in purchasing season tickets for the upcoming season can click HERE.
Marshall's 2026-27 SBC slate features nine home contests with an additional nine on the road. The Herd will begin league play with three of its first four at the Cam Henderson Center, starting against Old Dominion on Dec. 16, followed later by a New Year's Eve tilt against South Alabama and a Jan. 2 contest against Arkansas State.
The home conference schedule also will feature Saturday games in Huntington against Georgia Southern (Jan. 16), App State (Jan. 30), and JMU (Feb. 13).
Coach Jackson's Herd will finish the regular season in Huntington against the defending regular season and tournament champions, Troy on Friday, Feb. 26.
The Sun Belt Conference Men's Basketball Championship will be held Mar. 2-8, 2027 from the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla.
