2017 (Freshman): at Marshall
Games Played/Games Started: 12/6 … Made first career start at Old Dominion (Oct. 21) and started the next five matches to finish out the season … Logged 671 minutes … Made first career appearance with 20 minutes of action against UNC Asheville (Aug. 25) and had one shot … Played all 98 minutes, a season-high, at Florida Atlantic (Nov. 4) … Finished the season with 10 shots and one on goal.
High School: Played for the Hamilton Wanderers … Also spent some time in the New Zealand national pool helping the U-17s qualify for the 2015 World Cup in Chile.
Personal: Born on Aug. 6, 1998 … Son of Brent and Yvonne Edwards … Has a younger brother Nathan (16) … Chose Marshall because, “After meeting Coach Grassie, I knew he was the right coach for me. Then further looking in to Marshall University, the mana of the school is something I wanted to be a part of and reminds me of my current club and what they mean to me. I am looking forward to starting my journey at Marshall and being part of that proud family.” ... Majoring in management.
