2014-15 (SENIOR): Appeared in all 32 games, making 19 starts … No. 2 rebounder for Marshall with 4.4 per game … No. 3 in blocked shots with a 0.5 average … posted a career-high 16 points while going 7-of-7 from the field and 2-of-2 from the free throw line in the Herd’s season opener against Jacksonville State (Nov. 14) … one point away from a double-double while pulling down a career-high 16 rebounds against WVU Tech (Dec. 18) … grabbed five or more rebounds in 13 games and 10 or more in three games.
2013-14 (JUNIOR): Played in 31 of 33 games ... Made 20 starts on the year ... In his first season at Marshall, the junior transfer finished the season with 3.2 points per game and 5.0 rebounds per game ... He had the best performance of his career vs. Tulane (Feb. 9) with 11 points after going 3-of-4 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free-throw line ... Recorded five or more rebounds in 16 games and 10 or more in two games on the year ... Finished as the team leader in blocks with 27, which ranks 27th in the Marshall record books for blocks in a single season.
AT SNOW COLLEGE (2011-2013): Averaged 10.4 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game while shooting 53.8 percent from the field as a sophomore... An All-Region 18 and All-Scenic West Athletic Conference First Team selection... Helped Snow College to a 20-11 record as a sophomore... Averaged 7.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game while shooting 46 percent from the field as a freshman and led his team to a 23-9 record as a freshman.
PRIOR TO SNOW COLLEGE: Attended grades 9-12 at a college-preparatory boarding school called SEEDS (Sports for Education and Economic Development in Senegal).... "SEEDS uses sports as a vehicle to inspire, empower, and support a holistic development of promising African youth, preparing them to become global citizens and lead positive transformation in Senegal, Africa, and the world...
