Lapole, Muth Promoted; Sports Medicine Staff Makes Three Additional Hires
Chris Lapole and Jared Muth were promoted within the Sports Medicine department, while it made three additional hires
Prior to arriving at Marshall, Muth served as an intern athletic trainer for Football at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama for the 2014-2015 season. He also provided secondary coverage for Men's and Women's Tennis at Samford.
Muth served as a graduate assistant at the University of Memphis from 2012-2014 and received his Master of Science degree in Sports Commerce. While at Memphis, he served as the primary athletic trainer for both the Women's Volleyball and Tennis teams.
Muth, a native of Covington, Louisiana, earned his Bachelor of Science degree, in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training, from Louisiana State University in 2012. While at LSU, he served as a student athletic train
