Below you will find questions & answers to how the spring 2021 Marshall Men's & Women's Soccer matches will operate, along with various ticketing related questions.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Will fans be allowed to attend soccer matches during the 2021?
Yes! A seating plan has been developed by Marshall Athletics to allow fans to attend each home men's & women's match during the season.
What is Hoops Family Field capacity at matches this year?
As of February 1, the capacity inside Hoops Family Field will be limited to 33% of bleacher capacity, or approximately 330 fans.
What will the home schedule look like for the spring 2021 season?
For the men, there are currently 9 home matches (conference and non-conference) scheduled this season.
For the women, there are currently 5 home matches (conference and non-conference) scheduled this season.
The schedule remains fluid and is subject to changes due to the effects of COVID-19.
I want to come to the matches this season. How can I do that?
All tickets can be purchased on match day at the main entrance to Hoops Family Field starting one (1) hour prior to kick-off. Gates will not open until this time.
No tickets can be purchased in advance online.
What are ticket prices for matches?
Adult - $5 per ticket
Youth (12 and under) - $3 per ticket
Group rates will not be available this season due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19.
When do gates open?
One (1) hour prior to kick-off.
Where is will call?
General will call as well as player-guest will call will be located at the main entrance to Hoops Family Field. This will open when gates open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
Is the Thunder Pass available this season?
Due to the fluidity and uncertainty of the Marshall Athletics teams' schedules, the Thunder Pass will not be made available for this athletic year.
University, state and/or local health officials, in response to local health conditions, reserves the right to alter Henderson Center attendance capacity at any point during the season. Any changes will be communicated to Marshall fans via email, social media, and HerdZone.com.
HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
Are masks required?
Yes.
Over-the-ear masks are required to be properly worn for all of those in attendance and must remain on until leaving the venue after the match.
The mask must be worn AT ALL TIMES in the arena.
Are concessions open?
Yes! Concessions will be open for matches this season.
You are permitted to bring in one (1) unopened bottle of water (max 20oz) per person.
All other food and drink is prohibited.
Will I have an assigned seat?
While your ticket will not have an assigned seat for the match, there are designated rows that you will be permitted to sit in. Social distancing between groups must be maintained in these designated rows.
Rows that are marked with yellow X's must be left empty for the duration of the match.
Will I be seated near someone I don't know?
Seating in the entire arena had to be adjusted to WV state social distancing guidelines. The following will apply to your seats in the stands this season:
- No groups larger than six in one grouping while seated in the stands;
- While seated in the stands, the row in front and behind you will remain empty;
- While seated in the stands, the two seats to the left and two seats to the right of your group will remain empty.
Is re-entry permitted this season?
No - like football games, no re-entry is permitted at the matches this season. Once you enter the venue with a valid game ticket, you are not permitted to leave the arena and re-enter with the same game ticket.
What are some other health & safety measures Marshall has implemented?
No re-entry into the venue.
Social distancing guidelines must followed in all parts of Hoops Family Field.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the venue.
