MARSHALL ATHLETICS DIGITAL ENTRY INFORMATION PAGE
Marshall Athletics is transitioning to digital ticketing focus for events. The move to digital ticketing provides the safest, easiest and most convenient option for access into all of Marshall's ticketed facilities. This is the page to go to for your questions and information on the transition to digital.
Important note: Once you receive your tickets from the ticket office, please add them to your wallet. This helps you because if there are time changes, they will adjust if the ticket is in your wallet. Also, you will be alerted by your phone if it is in your wallet that it is nearing game time.
YOUR ACCOUNT - ACCESS YOUR TICKETS AT ALL TIMES
The biggest advantage of digital tickets is that you won't have to remember to bring your paper tickets from home, or you won't accidentally bring the wrong tickets anymore. As long as you remembered your phone, you can access all of your tickets at any time.
If you added them to your Wallet (Apple or Android) they will always be there until you remove them!
If you did not add them to your wallet and you can’t find your email, go to herdzone.com/myaccount to login to your account, and your tickets will be listed there. You can add them to your wallet or conveniently transfer them to family & friends.
ADDING DIGITAL TICKETS VIA EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS
- Open your ticket email on your phone.
- Click on the first game listed – example: Football vs. App State
- When the new screen loads in your web browser, verify the game at the top is the one you clicked on.
- Scroll down the page and you will see each of your digital tickets listed. If you have more than one ticket, you will see each of them listed by Section, Row and Seat for the game.
- On the ticket, click “Add to Wallet”
- A digital ticket will appear on your screen. Click “Add” in the top right corner. This digital ticket is now added in your “Wallet” app on your phone.
- Repeat steps 5 & 6 for the amount of tickets that you have for each game.
- Once you finish adding all of your tickets for the first game, if you had a second game or season tickets, you will need to reopen the email and do the same process for the other games as well.
- If you have season tickets, do not add the last listed match in either email (NAME: HOLD EVENT) to your wallet – this is for operational purposes only and is not a valid ticket.
Note – these steps are performed on an Apple iPhone. If you have an Android phone, the steps will be the same but the details & verbiage may slightly differ.
