2019 (Sophomore): Competed in one meet for the Thundering Herd at the Winthrop Adidas Invitational, where he finished 46th with a time of 29:21.7 in the 8K … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2018 (Freshman): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall as a freshman…placed in the top-five for the team in the final four meets of the season...began the season with a time of 17:18.6 at the Queen City Invitational…ran at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 27:32.9…set a season-best 8K time at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 27:07.52, which placed him third on the team and 41st overall…ran in 28:04.8 at the Conference USA Championships hosted by Florida Atlantic…ran in his first collegiate 10K in 35:36.2 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals to conclude the season.
Prior to Marshall: Was a four-time Class AAA State Meet qualifier in cross country where he earned First Team All-State honors with his third place finish at the meet his senior year…is a five-time State Meet qualifier in track including earning All-State honors in the 2018 3200m run…holds a personal best 5K time of 15:53.01 and a best 3200m time of 9:39.72.
