Matt Beaven was promoted to Director of Equipment for Marshall Football in April 2024 after serving as Assistant Equipment Manager.
He brings extensive experience from previous roles at Stetson University, the University of Akron, and the University of South Carolina, where he supported both Olympic and football programs with gear management, practice operations, and travel logistics.
Known for his precision and reliability, Beaven ensures that players and coaches are fully equipped and game-ready.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina in 2021.
