Stevie Browning rejoins the basketball staff as a first-year graduate assistant while pursuing a degree in Leadership Specialist.
 
Prior to becoming a graduate assistant Browning played pro basketball in Turkey, Hungary, Greece and Slovakia.
 
Throughout his time with Marshall basketball (2014-2017) he was a key player for the Herd. During his junior year he started in all but one game, reached double-figured scoring in 22 games, with two 20-point games and had two dunks featured on SportsCenter Top 10 (Dec. 17 and Feb. 6.) During his senior year, he was a member of the 2017 Conference USA All-Tournament Team and was named Conference USA Player of the Week during the season. He was second on the team in scoring (16.1 ppg), made field goals (204), assist (112) and steals (38).  He graduated with a bachelor’s in health sciences.
 
He also played at Fairmont State as a freshman and sophomore.
 
Browning is from Logan, West Virginia.
