Phoebe Campbell was named as Marshall's Women's Swimming and Diving Head Coach in June 2026, bringing with her more than a decade of coaching experience across collegiate, club, and aquatics programs.

Campbell previously served as an Assistant Swim Coach at the University of Akron, where she led recruiting efforts, supported team operations, and helped the program secure its fifth consecutive MAC Championship title.

Her coaching background also includes roles at the University of New Mexico, Texas A&M, Vassar College, and multiple competitive club programs, where she contributed to athlete development at NCAA, national, and international levels.

A former team captain and standout swimmer at Henderson State University, she has earned recognition as an ASCA 30 Under 30 Award Winner (2023) and a CSCAA Coaches Academy Member (2025). Campbell is known for her commitment to athlete growth, strong team culture, and program excellence—qualities she now brings to the Thundering Herd.
