Caroline Sheusi serves as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Marshall University Women’s Soccer, where she supports athletic performance through tailored training programs and team lift facilitation.
A former collegiate soccer player and 2019 CAC Champion at the University of Mary Washington, she brings hands-on experience in speed, agility, and youth coaching.
Caroline previously held roles with Fredericksburg Soccer Club, Orange County Parks & Recreation, and Marshall’s Club Rugby program.
She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Marshall.
