Drew Sams joins Marshall Athletics in April as the Assistant Director of Olympic Equipment. He brings valuable experience in both collegiate and national-level equipment operations, most recently serving as a Network Equipment Manager with the United States Soccer Federation.

Prior to that role, Sams worked in equipment operations at West Virginia University, where he supported multiple programs and assisted with the daily management of gear, inventory, and logistics.

A native of West Virginia, Sams earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Sport Management from West Virginia University. He also completed minors in Marketing and General Business.
