Evan Williamson joined the Marshall Athletics staff in 2025 after spending two years as a student intern with the Thundering Herd, beginning in 2023. During his time as an intern, he gained experience in game presentation, live event production, and technical operations while contributing to the fan experience across a variety of Marshall Athletics events.
A native of Huntington, West Virginia, Williamson has a diverse background in both live concert production and information technology. His experience includes live event operations, audiovisual production, video display systems, and technical support, allowing him to bridge the gap between creative production and technology. His passion for creating engaging live experiences and implementing innovative technical solutions has helped support Marshall Athletics' game day environment.
He remains committed to enhancing the game day experience for Marshall student-athletes, fans, alumni, and supporters through high-quality gameday presentation and operational excellence.
