Dillon joined the Marshall defensive coaching staff in 2025 after spending 2024 at EKU as the assistant defensive backs coach.
He is a three-year NFL veteran with the Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals after a standout career at West Virginia where he recorded 113 tackles, five interceptions, 20 passes defended, and one forced fumble in his final two seasons with the Mountaineers.
As a coach, Dillon began his career in 2019 as the defensive backs coach at Ryle High School. His last stop before joining the Colonels was from 2022-2023 as the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach at Oak Ridge High School in Florida.
