Kiera Booth joined Marshall Volleyball in March 2026 as an Assistant Volleyball Coach, bringing with her an accomplished collegiate playing career and emerging coaching résumé. A standout middle blocker at Villanova, Booth finished her career as the program’s all-time leader in hitting percentage at .309 and earned multiple All BIG EAST honors, All Region recognition, and several tournament team selections during her four seasons with the Wildcats. She later completed her graduate season at Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned Conference USA Second Team All Conference honors and ranked among the team leaders in kills, blocks, and hitting percentage during the 2024 campaign. Her experience competing in the BIG EAST and Conference USA shaped her into a confident, highly skilled athlete known for efficiency, physicality, and strong performance in high pressure moments.
In addition to her collegiate accomplishments, Booth also brings coaching experience that enhances her impact on the Herd. She coached during the 2024 club season with Synergy Volleyball Club where she focused on fundamentals, athlete development and building competitive, resilient players.
Her coaching philosophy emphasizes developing complete athletes in both skill and character while cultivating a team culture rooted in confidence, communication and unity.
