Schwarz was named Director of Facilities and Game Operations in May 2025 after serving as Assistant Director of Facilities and Game Operations since January 2022. He works primarily with Men's Soccer, Baseball, Tennis & Cross Country, but assists in all areas.
Prior to being hired, he served as a Marshall Athletics intern in the Facilities and Operations department in Spring 2021.
Schwarz graduated from Marshall in May 2021 with a B.A. in Sports Management and a minor in General Management.
He is originally from Charleston, W.Va.
