One of the most decorated soccer players in Marshall history, Lindsey Jayjack won the 2000 Cam Henderson Award as Marshall’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year and received numerous accolades from the Mid-American Conference for academic and athletic prowess during her Thundering Herd career (1999-2002). The Columbus, Ohio, native finished her career as Marshall’s all-time leader in several categories and still ranks high in goals (18), assists (25), points (61) and matches started (74). She served as a team captain in both 2001, when she led the team to its first winning season (11-7-1) and again as a senior in 2002. Jayjack was inducted into the Marshall Athletic Hall of Fame in 2014.
