NABC Classic Tickets Now on Sale

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Tickets for the 2001 National Association of Basketball Coaches Classic featuring Marshall University, George Washington University, Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky on Thursday Nov. 15 and Friday Nov. 16 in Lexington, Kentucky?s Rupp Arena are now on sale through the Marshall ticket office.
The Thundering Herd will face George Washington in first round action on Nov. 15th, with a potential second round date with SEC power Kentucky on the 16th.
Admission for the entire tournament is $58. Single game tickets are not available. Orders will be taken through the October 26th priority deadline. Orders received after Oct. 26th will be alloted the best seats still available.
Marshall has been issued only 1,100 tickets for the tournament and if ticket requests exceed MU?s allotment, ticket availability will be determined by Big Green priority points. Tickets are slated to be mailed out during the first week of November.
In a related matter, the deadline for all previous season ticket holders to renew their tickets with the same seats for this upcoming season is Wednesday Oct. 10.
