Women?s Basketball Recruiting Class Ranked In Top 50

Huntington, W.Va.--Head coach Royce Chadwick and his staff have inked a top 50 recruiting class for the second straight season, according to two prominent women?s basketball recruiting services.
?We?re very excited to have the recognition for this year?s recruiting class,? said head coach Royce Chadwick. ?Our talent level will increase tremendously, but we?ll still be very inexperienced, even for next season. This is our second consecutive top 50 class, and that bodes very well for our future.?
The Blue Star Index had Marshall?s class listed as honorable mention with the likes of current top 25 members Arizona, Boston College, and South Carolina. The All-Star Girls Report has the Thundering Herd with the 39th best class, ahead of 2002-03 opponents Ole Miss and Clemson, who were ranked 42nd and 46th, respectively.
