Marshall Women Open MAC Play Against Buffalo Wednesday

Huntington, W.Va.--The Marshall women?s basketball team (4-6) begins Mid-American Conference play Wednesday night when the Buffalo Bulls (7-3) come calling to the Henderson Center. Game time is set for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
The Thundering Herd are looking to rebound from a 75-42 loss to Kentucky last week. Ida Dotson leads Marshall, averaging 13.8 points per game. Catie Knable enters Wednesday?s contest leading the conference rebounding, averaging 9.7 rebounds per game.
Buffalo has lost two straight games, with their last game coming at Maine; they lost to the Black Bears, 78-72. Before the two game losing streak, the Bulls had won five games in a row.
Wednesday night?s game is also poster night. The first 200 people to enter the Henderson Center will receive a free poster, which can be signed at the end of game.
