Women?s Basketball Announces First Women?s Basketball Banquet

Huntington, W.Va.?The Marshall women?s baskeball team has announced that their first end-of-the-year banquet will take place Tuesday, April 15th, at 7 p.m. at the Marshall Hall of Fame Cafe.

The Marshall women?s basketball team finished with their best win total ever in the Mid-American Conference (seven) and their best overall win total since the 1996-97 season (12).

Next season, the Herd will return seven letterwinners, including MAC All-Freshman team member Sikeetha Shepard-Hall and MAC Honorable Mention selection Catie Knable, to go along with their second consecutive Top 50 recruiting class.

Tickets for the event are $15, and can be purchased by calling 304-696-5445. Ticket requests must be submitted by April 11th.
