Schedule Released for Fifth Third MU Classic

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall University women's basketball head coach Royce Chadwick announced the schedule of games for the Fifth Third MU Classic, to be held at the Cam Henderson Center from Nov. 21-22.

Marshall will square off against Morgan State at 6 p.m. on Nov. 21, following a 4 p.m. contest between High Point and Murray State. Saturday's consolation game is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 22, with the championship game slated for 3 p.m.

The Thundering Herd outdueled Georgia Southern to the tune of a 53-50 victory in last season's Fifth Third MU Classic title game. Florida Atlantic and American also competed in 2002's inaugural tournament.
