Locker Room Club to Hold First Luncheon on Friday

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The women's basketball coaches of Marshall, Tennessee State, Ohio and South Carolina State are scheduled to appear at the Locker Room Club's first luncheon of the season on Friday in advance of the season-opening Fifth Third MU Classic. The luncheon will be held in the Bob Hartley Big Green Room at the Cam Henderson Center at 11:30 a.m.

Marshall head coach Royce Chadwick will welcome the coaching staffs of the tournament's participating schools, including Tennessee State's Tracee Jones, Ohio's Lynn Bria and South Carolina State's Tonya Mackey.

Bria, in her seventh season at Ohio, is a former Thundering Herd assistant (1991-93) who earned her master's degree from Marshall in 1992. She was also head coach at Marshall's current Conference USA rival UCF from 1996-99.

Cost of the luncheon is $10 and is open to members of the Locker Room Club, the program's booster organization. RSVP to Judy in the women's basketball office at (304) 696-5445.
