BLACKSBURG, Va. - The Marshall University women's tennis squad will be taking the courts of the Hokie Fall Invitational at Virginia Tech this weekend.

During the weekend the Thundering Herd will be competing against doubles and singles competition from East Tennessee State, James Madison, Mary Washington, Radford, Washington & Less and the host Virginia Tech.

Competing for the Herd in Flight A singles will be Karolina Soor, Thaddea Lock and Yulia Kashelkina. In Flight B singles Marshall will have Jessica Keener and Anna Volkova competing.

Marshall will only compete in the top flight doubles but will have two teams. Keener and Soor will be in the top half of the bracket while Kashelkina and Lock will start in the lower half.

Play will begin Friday at 9 a.m. for the Herd and updates will be posted at www.hokiesports.com.
