Marshall Basketball Fans Are Encouraged to Buy Tickets in Advance

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Due to an increase in game day sales, the Marshall Athletics Ticket Office is encouraging fans to purchase men's basketball tickets in advance of the team's upcoming Conference USA home games in order to avoid possible delays at the ticket office windows on game days .

"We have a series of big conference home games coming up and we are encouraging people to buy tickets in advance to those games to avoid having to wait in line," Marshall University Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing Aaron Goebbel said.

Fans can purchase single game tickets to any Marshall home game by calling 1-800-THE-HERD or going online to Herdzone.com. Fans can also purchase tickets during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Monday-through-Friday at the Marshall Ticket Office located in the Cam Henderson Center off of Third Avenue.
