Herd Tennis Completes Action at UVA Invitational

CHARLOTTESVILLE, N.C. - The Marshall University women's tennis team completed the final day of the UVA Fall Invitational and looks ahead to the Hokie Fall Invitational.

Catherine Kellner and Maria Voscekova fell in the Flight B doubles championship match as Yakauleva/Pietzuch of Virginia Commonwealth, 8-2. The two also lost in their consolation finals singles matches.

The Herd is off next weekend before traveling to Blacksburg, Va., on October 2, for the Hokie Fall Invitational.
