Five Men's Basketball Games to be Televised

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Game times for the upcoming men's basketball season have been set and five of Marshall's 30 regular season games will be broadcast on various television stations this season.
All of the Herd's untelevised weekday and Saturday home games will begin at 7 p.m. ET with the exception of Marshall's home opener against Alabama State which will start at 7:30 ET. All Sunday games will begin at 4 p.m. ET with the exception of a Dec. 11 meeting with Iona which will start at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Marshall's annual meeting with West Virginia in the Capital Classic at the Charleston Civic Center has been slated for a 7:30 p.m. ET start time.
Jan. 21 at Southern Miss, Jan. 25 vs. UAB and Jan. 28 at Memphis will be shown on Comcast Sports South. CBS Sports Network will show Marshall vs. UTEP on Jan. 4 and FSN will broadcast the Herd's Feb. 25 game against Memphis.
Also the 2012 Conference USA Championship quarterfinals and semifinals will be broadcast by CBS Sports Network and the title game on CBS.
The season begins with an exhibition with Northern Kentucky on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Cam Henderson Center.
