Herd Ticket Promotion to Benefit Children

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - To keep in theme with the Holiday season, the Marshall ticket office is offering a ticket deal to benefit Boys and Girls Club of Guyandotte.
Marshall fans will have a chance to send kids to Marshall's men's basketball game against Belmont on Monday by purchasing tickets for the Boys and Girls Club members for just $5. Marshall athletics will then match every ticket purchased.
To insure that every kid and their families have an opportunity to attend, Marshall has donated 120 tickets for Monday's game to the Boys and Girls Club. Student-athletes DeAndre Kane, Damier Pitts and Shaquille Johnson went to Guyandotte to hand out the tickets in person as well as a basketball signed by the entire team.
The ticket office will also be selling various reserved seats in section 101. The tickets can be purchased for Marshall's game against Belmont, West Virginia Tech (Dec. 21) and Akron (Jan. 1).
All tickets can be purchased by calling the Marshall ticket office at 800-THE-HERD or by visiting the Cam Henderson Center box office. Fans can also use the promo code HOLIDAY in all caps to purchase the donation tickets online at HerdZone.com.
