THE GRAY AREA
Head Coach Bob Gray on UAB match:
They were a good side and they outplayed us. It seemed like every shot went in and it was one of those nights. We scored two and probably had a chance to score more. They're a team that is in the top 30 right now and is the best team we have played this season.
Coach Gray on Birmingham native Jack Hopkins scoring two goals:
"I'm sure it was exciting for him. He had probably 15 or 20 people there rooting him on. At the same time, I'm sure he's disappointed because we got run off the field."
