Opening statement:
"It's good to beat a good Florida Atlantic team. Before today. They were 2-2 in the league, so I am happy to protect the home court against Florida Atlantic."
On making adjustments during the game:
"We were trying to win the game. Everybody on that roster wants to win that game and they were trying to do it, by themselves. Then, when we weren't hitting shots, we were a little bit out of our game plan. That is when they took the lead, so I called a timeout and said 'let's settle into play a little bit. Let's do what we are supposed to do and the game will take care of itself.' So we settled in with the game plan that we wanted and I thought we were really good in the last six minutes."
On the remainder of the season:
"We have 13 games left in the conference, and a guaranteed 14 if we are lucky enough to get in the conference tournament -- which we were picked not to do -- so we are not taking this for granted. We are enjoying it, enjoying every minute of it, because we know what we are thought of. We are just focused on the next play."

"We knew what we did wrong last game. As a team, the things that happened shouldn't have happened. I think we were mature enough to fix it and not let it happen again, so I think I know for a fact that it won't happen again. We took it to heart."
On being the underdog:
"Ever since I have been here, we have been the underdogs and I think it is time that we prove everybody wrong. Just like Coach [Daniel] says 'play for the future, not for the past.' Take it one game at a time and I think our record will prove them wrong."

On being the underdog:
"I feel like we were the underdogs last year, and we are again this year because we were picked last again. We are doing so well and I think about it all the time. Every time I walk on the floor I get angry because I don't feel like we should be picked last."
