Middle Tennessee is 11-7 overall and 5-2 in the league. She has also made 87.1 (88-for-101) of her free throws. Alex Johnson (64-for-130) shoots field goals at a 49.2% clip, while Ty Petty and Edwards share top honors with 27 steals. Petty has 85 assists on the season and TiAnna Porter's 15 blocks are a team-high. Rebounding has been an interesting statistic for the Blue Raiders this season. They are second in C-USA on the offensive end (15.4) but 13th on the defensive side (22.6).

RECORD BOOK WATCH

The Herd has a few players who are approaching career milestones and rising up the ranks of the program record book.

Senior Leah Scott has scored 294 points this season for a career total of 1,127. She is the 19th player in team history to score 1,000. Scott currently ranks 11th (tied) and needs 28 to pass Agnes Wheeler (1974-79) for 10th. She also ranks seventh all-time with 270 free throws made.

Senior Norrisha Victrum can be found in a few places in the record book. Victrum has 330 assists and just passed Kim Lewis (1984-1988) for fifth place in the school's all-time records. Victrum is currently eighth in 3-point field goals made (101) and needs 133 points to become the 20th player to reach 1,000 for her career.

Junior Chelsey Romero has 23 blocks this season to give her a career total of 107. She is in fifth place all-time and is the fifth player in program history with 100 in a career. She needs nine more rejections to pass former teammate Chukwuka Ezeigbo (2011-15) for fourth on the school's all-time list.
