Smith wins in singles play
BLACKSBURG, Va. – Marshall women's tennis concluded action at the Hokie Fall Invite on Sunday in Blacksburg.
"Overall, it was a very good weekend," Marshall head coach John Mercer said at the conclusion of play. "Our play continues to improve, and I'm so excited to get to the next tournament."
The Thundering Herd fought hard in doubles, dropping three of its matches in the supertiebreak, while Anna Smith took her lone match in singles.
