"This is an opportunity that Brady has earned through his work ethic and dedication to Marshall Athletics," said Jeff O'Malley, the Thundering Herd's Associate Athletics Director and Chief of Staff. "I am very excited to have him in this position to help lead our compliance program."

"I would like to thank Mr. Hamrick and Mr. O'Malley for the opportunity," Mangus said. "It's an honor to be leading the compliance office that I have been a part of for the past four and a half years. I look forward to becoming more of a resource to, not only our staff and student-athletes, but also to anyone associated with Marshall."
