Marshall Swimming and Diving Closes Out Day Two at Purdue Invite

Herd has several program-best performances
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Marshall University swimming and diving team finished day two of the Purdue Invite on Thursday.
"Couldn't have asked for a better day from these women," Herd swimming and diving head coach Ian Walsh said. "We had at least one season best from every single swimmer. Our divers had a strong showing following yesterday's two event session."
"Our 200 Medley Relay (McBride, Banton, Hart, Tamir) swam the ninth-fastest relay in program history. Eszter (Laban) followed up with a huge lifetime best swim that is fourth all time. Madeline Hart executed an exceptional swim, walking away with a lifetime best and sixth all time in program history. Jenna Bopp swam two great races, both prelims and finals, both swims good for fourth all time. Mia's final individual swim was stellar, going a lifetime best and moving to fourth all time in program history."
