LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Marshall University Tennis team concluded action at the ITA Atlantic Regional in Lynchburg, Virginia, on Saturday.

"Unfortunately, we weren't as good today, but days like today should make us better," Herd Tennis head coach John Mercer said. "

Sophia Hurrion and Aisling McGrane began the day taking a close contest in a tiebreak over Liberty's Marina Davtyan and Daniella O'Neill, 8-7 (5) in the round of 32 before bowing out in the round of 16.

In consolation singles, Johanna Strom dominated Sylvia Eklund dropping just one game in straight sets (6-1, 6-0).
