HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men's Basketball team (2-6) fell to the Duquesne Dukes (6-2), 85-72, on Wednesday night at the Cam Henderson Center.
"I thought we played harder. The score doesn't look like it, but we played harder and better," Herd men's basketball coach Dan D'Antoni said after the game. "That's (Duquesne) a very good team. They're 6-2 now and they played some top dogs even."
After not playing on Saturday against Miami (OH), Cameron Crawford scored a career-high 20 points on a 50 percent shooting night (9-for-18) against Dukes.
Obinna Anochili-Killen tallied 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for his first double-double of the season in the contest. Kamdyn Curfman added 14 points with Kevon Voyles scoring 12.
