Excitement ahead with many events planned, first-year HCs on the court for the Herd

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The 2024-25 Marshall Basketball seasons are right around the corner with regular season action starting next week.
There will be plenty of excitement as first-year head coaches – Men's Basketball coach Cornelius Jackson and Women's Basketball coach Juli Fulks - lead the Herd into battle in the Sun Belt Conference.
In addition to the exciting action on the floor, Marshall Athletics will have several themes associated with contests throughout the 2024-25 season for Marshall Basketball.
Below is a list of game-times and themes for the 2024-25 seasons:

Rivalry Night
Marshall welcomes back old Mid-American Conference rival Toledo to the Cam Henderson Center. Let's welcome back the Rockets with a packed Cam!

We Are…Thankful & Holiday Heroes
The team has partnered with the Red Cross for the Holiday Heroes drive. For this game only, we are asking fans bring in desired item donations instead of admission.
These items include toiletry items, decks of cards, puzzle books (word search), pens or mechanical pencils and holiday gift bags. These items will go to local VA facilities and the W.Va. Veteran's Homes. For this game, we will have a special presentation for our National Anthem.

We are honoring and remembering those who have been affected by cancer.  We will be collecting donations for the Play4Kay organization. More details to follow.
