- The Herd took a road contest at JMU, 66-64, on Wednesday night in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
- Noah Otshudi led the team with 16 points on a 7-for-14 shooting night.
- Jalen Speer was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week on Tuesday. The Gainesville, Florida, native leads the conference in total assists (93), assists per game (5.8) and three pointers made (46) with his 93 assists ranking 22nd in the country.
