Multi-year agreement gives Marshall cutting edge intel for hiring, retaining elite talent
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall Vice President and Director of Athletics Gerald J. Harrison announced a multi-year partnership with Collegiate Sports Connect on Tuesday.
The partnership with Collegiate Sports Connect provides Marshall's administration with new-age tools, such as Talent Finder and the newly-launched Talent Benchmarking and Coach Intel, marking a strategic shift for Marshall beyond traditional, reactive hiring methods to a proactive approach designed to attract the best and most diverse talent in the collegiate athletics workforce.
