Marshall Athletics Ticket Office Relocating To Improve Fan Experience

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall Athletics announced today that its Ticket Office will relocate to a new, more convenient location within the City National Bank Building as part of the department's continued commitment to improving the fan experience.
Beginning Aug. 10, the Marshall Athletics Ticket Office will officially open on the first floor, east side of the City National Bank Building, providing fans with easier access when purchasing tickets, picking up passes, or meeting with the ticket sales staff.
The relocation comes after Marshall Athletics received feedback from fans regarding the accessibility of the previous third-floor location.
"We have made it a priority to listen to our fans and act on their feedback," said Gerald J. Harrison, Marshall Vice President and Director of Athletics. "We heard that accessing our Ticket Office on the third floor was not as convenient as it needed to be, so we made a change. Whether you are purchasing season tickets, picking up tickets or simply stopping by with a question, we want every interaction with Marshall Athletics to be easy, welcoming and reflective of how much we value The Herd."
While the Ticket Office will have a new home on the first floor, it will remain in the City National Bank Building alongside the Big Green Scholarship Foundation, allowing Marshall Athletics to continue providing fans with a convenient one-stop shop for tickets, annual giving, premium seating and other athletic support opportunities.
The new location also features ample parking on the east side of the City National Bank Building, giving fans quick and convenient access directly to the Ticket Office without having to navigate through the building.
"Improving the fan experience is about more than what happens on gameday," Harrison added. "It begins with how we serve our supporters every day. Keeping our Ticket Office ad Big Green staff together creates a convenient one-stop shop while the first-floor location and nearby parking make each visit easier from the moment our fans arrive. From purchasing your tickets to experiencing Game Day in Huntington, we want every interaction with Marshall Athletics to be welcoming and first-class. Tickets for the 2026 fall sports seasons are underway and can be purchased in person at the Marshall Ticket Office or online HERE.
