GENERAL QUESTIONS
Yes! A seating plan has been developed by Marshall Athletics to allow fans to attend each home game during the season.
As of December 1, the capacity inside the Henderson Center will be limited to 15%, or approximately 1,300 fans. The capacity limit was set by Conference USA.
There are currently 11 home games (conference and non-conference) scheduled this season. The schedule remains fluid and is subject to changes due to the effects of COVID-19.
All tickets can be purchased on game day at the main entrance to the arena (top of ramp, across from garage) starting one (1) hour prior to tip-off. Doors will not open until this time.
No tickets can be purchased in advance online. Herd fans coming to the game will be put in the best available, socially distanced seats upon arriving to the game and purchasing tickets.
Adult - $5 per ticket
Youth (12 and under) - $3 per ticket
Group rates will not be available this season due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19.
The only entrance Herd fans can use to enter the Henderson Center this season is at the top of the ramp on the 3rd Avenue side of the arena, across from the parking garage.
One (1) hour prior to tip-off.
General will call as well as player-guest will call will be located at the main entrance to the arena (top of ramp, across from garage). This will open when gates open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
Due to the fluidity and uncertainty of the Marshall Athletics teams' schedules, the Thunder Pass will not be made available for this athletic year.
University, state and/or local health officials, in response to local health conditions, reserves the right to alter Henderson Center attendance capacity at any point during the season. Any changes will be communicated to Marshall fans via email, social media, and HerdZone.com.
HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
Yes.
Over-the-ear masks are required to be properly worn for all of those in attendance and must remain on until leaving the arena after the game.
The mask must be worn AT ALL TIMES in the arena.
No, concessions will not be open for games this season.
You are permitted to bring in one (1) unopened bottle of water (max 20oz) per person. Fans, who for medical reasons only, are permitted to bring in small food items.
All other food and drink is prohibited.
Yes. When you purchase your ticket or pick your complimentary ticket up from player-guest will call, the seat location on the ticket is your assigned seat for the game.
You are not allowed to move to another seat in the arena.
Seating in the entire arena had to be adjusted to WV state social distancing guidelines. The following will apply to your seats in the stands this season:
- No groups larger than four tickets in one grouping while seated in the stands;
- While seated in the stands, the two rows in front and behind you will remain empty;
- While seated in the stands, the three seats to the left and three seats to the right of your group will remain empty.
No - like football & men's basketball games, no re-entry is permitted at the games this season. Once you enter the arena with a valid game ticket, you are not permitted to leave the arena and re-enter with the same game ticket.
No re-entry into the arena.
Social distancing guidelines must followed in the concourses of Henderson Center.
There will be hand sanitizer stations and vendors will be removed from the concourse area to allow for space to stay six feet apart.
Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the game.
Concessions are not available at this time.
