Accessibility
  • Seating - Wheelchair and accessible seating is reserved and available in row BB of sections 203, 204, 205, 209, 210, 211, and 212. Advance reservations are accepted and encouraged through the ticket office. If you have a need for accessible seating on game day, please visit one of the ticket booths located on Level C and Level E on the 3rd Avenue side of the Henderson Center. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide one for their own use.
  • Parking - All handicap accessible parking sold through the Marshall Ticket Office is on a season basis. It is recommended that you use the alleyway between the Henderson Center and Fat Patty's as a drop-off zone.
Alcohol
  • Alcohol can be purchased from the concession stands in the concourse. 
  • Any alcohol that is provided for pre-game socials must remain in the location it is provided in inside the Henderson Center. Any fans not adhering to this policy will be removed from the event.
Animals
  • Only service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted.
ATM's
  • There are no ATMs located inside the Cam Henderson Center. The closest ATM is located at City National Bank on 20th Street and 3rd Avenue.
Autographs
  • There is no organized location for autographs after the game.
Baby Changing Stations
  • Baby changing stations are available in all men's and women's concourse restrooms.
Banners and Signs
  • Banners and signs that are family friendly in nature are permitted inside the Henderson Center as long as they do not block patrons from viewing the event. Marshall Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual with a sign that does not adhere to this policy.
Bus Parking
  • Bus parking is available on game day. You must contact the Marshall Ticket Office for more information and to reserve a location in advance of game day.
Cameras
  • Cameras (with no flash) are permitted in the Henderson Center. Video recorders, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Children's Admission
  • All individuals three (3) years and older need a valid game ticket for all Marshall Athletics events. Children two (2) years and younger do not need a game ticket for entry.
Clear Bag Policy
  • There is a clear bag policy for Marshall Athletic events. To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, Marshall University Athletics has adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch bag (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") for privacy. Please refer to the pictures above for non-approved bags.
Credentials
  • Each credential indicates the areas of the Henderson Center in which it will be honored. Credentials must be worn and clearly visible at all times
Elevators
  • There is an elevator located on the South side (campus side) of the arena.
First Aid
  • If you or someone you know requires first aid, please find the nearest event staff member immediately. There will be an ambulance located at the bottom of the ramp on the 3rd Avenue side of the arena. EMS is available at all Marshall Basketball games.
Food Allergies
  • Please be advised that food prepared here may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
Gate Openings
  • The gates open one hour (60 minutes) before game time unless otherwise advertised.
Guest Services
  • Customer service is located on Level E near the entrance across from the garage on the concourse level in the arena.
  • For immediate assistance, please find the nearest event staff member or campus police to your location, or call 304-696-HELP.
Lost and Found
  • Lost and found is maintained during the game at Guest Services, located on Level E (concourse level) near the entrance across from the garage in the Henderson Center.
  • All unclaimed items will be available at the Marshall Campus Police the next business day after the game.

Lost Children
  • In the case of a lost child, please contact Guest Services at Level E (concourse level) near the entrance across from the garage in the Henderson Center or find the nearest event staff member or campus police officer while at the game for assistance.
Parking
  • The 3rd Avenue Garage & West Lot in the front of the football stadium are reserved for individuals with parking passes on Marshall Basketball game days.
  • Individuals that do not have a season parking pass are permitted to park behind the Engineering Building on 3rd Avenue or across from Twin Towers dorm rooms on 5th Avenue. Limited on-street parking may be available as well.

Restrooms
  • Restrooms are located on both sides of the arena on Level E (concourse level) as well in the Hartley Room.
  • Baby changing stations are available in all men and women's stadium concourse restrooms and in the suite / press box area.
Scalping / Resale of Tickets
  • The scalping of tickets on University property is forbidden. Violators are subject to removal from University property. No solicitation of any kind is permitted in the parking lots or stadium. Individuals discovered soliciting will be asked to cease or will be removed.

Smoking Policy
  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted under any circumstance inside the Henderson Center.

Solicitation
  • Selling of any items by anyone other than authorized Marshall personnel or designated vending personnel in or around the Henderson Center and the parking areas is prohibited.
Stadium Re-Entry
  • Re-Entry is permitted at the Henderson Center. You must receive a hand stamp before leaving. Please keep your valid ticket stub with you at all times.

Student Entry
  • All Marshall students should enter on the campus side of the arena. Go up the steps and through the double glass doors to gain entry.
  • You must have your valid student ID card to receive free entry. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Ticket Information
  • The main ticket office is located in the Henderson Center on the 3rd Avenue side. Normal office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Hours on basketball game days will vary. Follow @HerdTickets on Twitter for updates.
  • Marshall University Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges.

    • Located on Level E (concourse level) at the entrance directly across from the parking garage on the left-side and will be marked with proper signage. General will call will open at the arena 1 hour prior to the start of the game.
