Isaiah Carson joined the Marshall University Men’s Basketball staff in September 2025 as an Assistant Coach. He brings over a decade of coaching experience at the collegiate and prep levels, including NCAA Division I, NAIA, and national prep programs.

Prior to Marshall, Isaiah served as an Assistant Coach at the University of Southern Mississippi, where his contributions helped lead the Golden Eagles to a Sun Belt regular-season championship and an NIT berth.

His coaching background includes roles at Oklahoma Panhandle State, Southwestern Christian University, Combine Academy Prep, and the University of Valley Forge.
