Jadan Hudson joined Marshall University in August 2025 as the Director of Student-Athlete Development.
He leads a comprehensive, multi-pillar program designed to support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal growth.
His responsibilities include overseeing NCAA core guarantees, coordinating Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) education, and serving as the administrative liaison to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Jadan also manages signature events such as the Herd Welcome Back and Marcos Awards, and tracks all team and individual community service initiatives.
Jadan holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of South Florida, where he also earned an MBA in Sport Business.
